Cat4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the cat4 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cat4 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all provided services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cat4 platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The cat4 platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Users under the minimum age requirement are strictly prohibited from using this platform. cat4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cat4 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's disclosure of their password.
- Notify the cat4 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Use of an account by a third party is a breach of these terms.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed or upon detection of suspicious activity on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Cat4 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of games or bets.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits or place bets on the cat4 platform.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, harassing or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the cat4 platform, servers, or related networks.
Cat4 reserves the right to pursue legal action or disclose information to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the cat4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are from legitimate sources, and that any registered bank account or digital wallet is held in the user's own name.
Deposit
Deposits are processed via payment methods approved by cat4, including FPX, TNG eWallet and direct bank transfer. cat4 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the prevailing policy and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the user's own name. cat4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their activity on the cat4 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. cat4 does not withhold or manage taxes on behalf of users.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Cat4 Liability Limits
Cat4 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, cat4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cat4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cat4 platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, text, interface designs and software code — is the exclusive property of cat4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cat4.
Third-Party Links
The cat4 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. cat4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Cat4 reserves the right to amend, add to or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on cat4.bet. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cat4 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to the relevant jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
